Kevin, Director of Business Development, has overseen more than $1 billion in multifamily transactions since joining Investors Management Group in 2015, leading acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management transitions. With more than two decades of industry experience, he offers expertise in market research, financial analysis, due diligence, disciplined investment execution, and onsite team development.

He is known for translating complex market insights spanning rent growth, occupancy trends, competitive comps, and supply pipelines into actionable strategies that deliver long-term value. Equally skilled in relationship-building, Kevin has earned the trust of owners, investors, brokers, and developers across the multifamily sector.

As Director of Business Development, he drives growth by sourcing new opportunities, spearheading strategic marketing initiatives, and aligning the firm’s long-term vision with day-to-day execution to ensure client goals are consistently achieved.

Kevin earned his Bachelor’s degree in Advanced Communications from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
