Karla oversees the complete financial management lifecycle for our property portfolio. Her responsibilities span monthly financial reporting, budget development, cash flow analysis, and capital improvement planning, while she directs our accounting teams in delivering precise financial statements, conducting thorough variance analysis, and coordinating audits and transitions. She cultivates strong, collaborative relationships, prioritizing open communication and responsiveness to ensure complete transparency and accountability.. Karla holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University, Northridge, and maintains certifications as a Bloomberg Market Concepts (BMC) professional, QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor, and Yardi Superuser.
