With over a decade of dedicated experience, Samir is a leader in digital innovation within real estate, leveraging technology and data to create collaborative, efficient environments for internal teams and external partners.
At Investors Management Group and Parktown Living, Samir plays a central role in driving technology implementations, system integrations and nationwide training initiatives. He helps grow operations, create efficiencies, and deliver valuable insights into a billion-dollar national multifamily portfolio. His collaborative approach has transformed how teams interact with data, leading to measurable improvements in performance and transparent reporting to more than 1,000 individual accredited investors.
Prior to joining the IMG Family of Companies, Samir spent seven years working for Florida-based real estate firm Priderock Capital Management serving in multiple promoted roles. Samir's solution-focused accomplishments in the areas of property management, operations improvement, finance, and technology implementation and compliance impacted the success of over 70 commercial real estate properties in the company's portfolio.
Samir studied International Business at Utah Valley University and Business Operations at Palm Beach State College in Florida. He is specialized in Yardi Property Management Software Consulting and IT Solutions.
