Atlanta, GA — October 14, 2025 — Patti Higgins, Senior Vice President of Property Management, has been honored as one of GlobeSt’s 2025 Influencers in Multifamily Real Estate.

With 30 years of industry experience and two years in her current role, Patti has distinguished herself as a dynamic leader who bridges asset management and property operations. Since taking on leadership at Parktown Living, she has played a central role in scaling the firm from a startup to a national operator managing nearly 4,600 units across four metro areas.

As Senior Vice President of Property Management, Patti oversees the operational and financial performance of Parktown’s multifamily portfolio, directing the work of over 100 professionals across Georgia, Texas and the Carolinas. She ensures that property teams execute on revenue strategies, capital planning, resident relations, and compliance, and she plays a hands-on role in transitions, operational turnarounds, and the integration of processes and technologies.

Outside her direct role, Patti is committed to industry-wide advancement and community engagement. She holds Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Accredited Apartment Manager (AAM) designations and is actively pursuing CPM and CCIM credentials. She also volunteers with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, the Special Olympics, the Atlanta Apartment Association’s Food-a-Thon, and local programs addressing hunger and homelessness in the cities where Parktown operates.
