Zach serves as Accounts Payable Manager, where he leads invoice workflow, vendor management, and payment operations across the company’s growing portfolio. In his role, Zach focuses on building scalable AP systems, strengthening internal controls, and improving cross-functional collaboration between accounting and operations teams. He is especially passionate about process optimization, workflow accountability, and creating efficient systems that support both property teams and corporate leadership.

Prior to joining Parktown Living, Zach has worked in public tax, construction accounting, accounts payable, and property accounting, developing expertise in financial reporting, reconciliations, customer service, and operational accounting.

Zach holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Valparaiso University and is CPA-eligible, continuing to invest in his professional growth and financial leadership.

Outside of work, he enjoys cooking (and smoking meats), reading, gaming, and spending time with his wife and son.
