PATTI HIGGINS
Director, Property Management
As an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience and a steadfast commitment to elevating the resident living experience, Patti Higgins serves as a driving force behind the success of Parktown Living.
Patti began her journey in the multifamily management industry as a leasing agent, and since then, she has achieved remarkable milestones. Prior to joining Parktown Living, Patti held the esteemed position of Vice President in the Multifamily Division at Asset Living, where she managed a portfolio of 4,400 units spanning the Southeast and Southwest regions.
Previously, Patti spent six years with JMG Realty, a renowned multifamily management, redevelopment, and investment company acquired by Asset Living in 2021. Under her leadership, JMG's designated region underwent impressive expansion, doubling in size. Patti expertly navigated the complexities of acquisition, disposition, and management transitions of more than 30 properties.
Patti has held key asset management positions at Alden Torch Financial (formerly Hunt Capital) and LaSalle Investment Management. In these roles, she managed portfolios of new construction, multifamily, single-family, and mixed-use properties, overseeing equity investments totaling $400 million. Patti also spent 17 years at RREEF, a subsidiary of Deutsche Bank, where she oversaw 18,000 units at both regional and national levels.
At Parktown Living, Patti is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and financial performance of the company's properties. Her results-driven leadership skills ensure that the on-site property management staff align their efforts with ownership's business plan objectives.
