Ana Rendon brings 29 years of multifamily experience to Parktown Living, including 23 years as a Regional Manager overseeing property operations, acquisitions, dispositions, and large-scale renovation projects. She has held senior leadership roles at The Lynd Company, Capstone Real Estate Services, and American Landmark Apartments, managing complex portfolios across market cycles with consistent operational results.
A native of San Antonio, Ana is known for building teams grounded in accountability, integrity, and a strong work ethic. She takes pride in mentoring others and creating environments where people grow both professionally and personally.
Outside of work, Ana has been happily married for 28 years and is the proud mother of two children. She loves spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, and making lasting memories with the people she loves most.
