Cindy Sparks brings over 30 years of experience in the multifamily industry, beginning her career as a Leasing Consultant and quickly advancing to a Manager role within her first few years. She spent her first decade with Gables Residential, where she not only managed communities but also facilitated as a Regional Computer Trainer and training classes in Spanish.

For the past two decades, Cindy has successfully managed both fee-managed and owner-managed communities, overseeing all facets of operations. In 2012, she advanced to Regional Manager, leading portfolios of up to 2,700 units across multiple Texas markets. Her expertise includes directing exterior renovation projects, rebranding initiatives, and optimizing operational performance.

Cindy is recognized for her strengths in leadership, mentoring, strategic planning, and building high-performance teams, consistently driving growth and operational excellence.

What is the best place to be when you aren't working?
You can usually find me outdoors, either gardening and trying to keep my veggies and herbs alive, or out on a hiking trail, enjoying the fresh air.

What activities do you most enjoy outside of work?
Spending time with friends and family, along with my fur-baby Wylie. Whether it’s BBQing in the backyard or listening to live music, I love making memories with the people (and pets!) I care about most.

What is your favorite food?
I can never resist a perfectly cooked Ribeye steak paired with Asparagus or Brussels sprouts. And yes, I’m pretty great at grilling steaks, if I do say so myself!
