Daphne Corbin is the Senior Portfolio Marketing Manager at Parktown Living, where she drives innovative marketing strategies across multiple communities. With over a decade in multifamily, she previously served as Vice President of Marketing at The Life Properties, where she built the marketing department from the ground up, led a team of six, and spearheaded branding initiatives for 50+ properties nationwide.

Daphne’s expertise spans leading digital platforms like Yardi CRM IQ, EliseAI, and Rent Café Site Manager, and she has been recognized as a thought leader on the Multi-Housing News Top Marketers Podcast and by the CRE Women in Real Estate Awards. She holds a B.A. in Communication & Journalism from The University of Alabama and an M.B.A. from Troy University.

Outside of work, Daphne enjoys life with her husband and daughter and is embracing the joys of being a new mom.
