Training and Performance Manager
Desiree brings 15 years of onsite experience in the multifamily housing industry to the Training and Performance Manager position. In this role Desiree leads our training and performance initiatives, including structured onboarding, role-based learning, performance coaching, and the continued development of training resources that support our onsite teams across the portfolio.
Throughout her career, Desiree has developed a well-rounded understanding of multifamily operations and what it takes to build strong, high performing teams. Desiree has a genuine passion for helping others grow and achieve their goals. Through building communication skills, leadership coaching, accountability and encouragement, Desiree is committed to developing onsite teams that feel supported, empowered and equipped to succeed.
Outside of work, Desiree loves to read and spend time with her husband and kids. As a mom of three sons and one daughter, she has become well versed in Avengers, Pokémon cards, and all the sports, but she loves it.
