OPERATIONS

Heidi Auger is a Regional Manager at Parktown Living. With more than 14 years of multifamily real estate experience, she has overseen communities across Atlanta and Charlotte, leading teams to improve occupancy, resident satisfaction, and financial performance. Heidi is bilingual in English and Spanish and is known for her strength in operations, sales and marketing strategy, and mentoring community leaders to reach their highest potential.

She has successfully managed portfolios of more than 1,600 apartment homes, guided large-scale renovations, and consistently achieved performance goals through strong leadership and collaboration.

Outside of work, Heidi enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending as much time as possible with her family. She has also been an active volunteer with NPCC for the past eight years, reflecting her passion for giving back to the community.
