Michael Hash brings more than 20 years of experience in apartment management across everything from C properties to A+ communities. He has overseen lease-ups, property-wide renovations, and the turnaround of underperforming communities while managing portfolios of more than 2,500 units.

Michael is known for fostering a team culture built on trust, respect, and mentorship. His employees view him as a leader who inspires them to perform at their best because they truly enjoy working with him. This commitment to people-first leadership has helped his teams consistently earn accolades such as Community of the Year, seven consecutive quarterly awards for online reputation management, and multiple individual honors.

Outside of work, Michael loves traveling with his family to places rich in history and/or natural beauty while trying local foods from around the world.
