MaintenanceIQ supports maintenance technicians in the field with inspections, inventory, and work order documentation, including AI-assisted diagnosis from photographs.
Where Minutes Replace Hours
In accounting, bank reconciliation is now automated, with AI handling routine matching and routing only exceptions to the team. That single workflow saves more than 50 hours per month. AI-powered KPI dashboards pull live data on rental income, operating expenses, and capital expenditures in real time, giving the team a clear picture before full financials are produced.
Intel That Moves the Needle
On the market intelligence side, AI aggregates online reviews into a synthesized snapshot of how each community is perceived relative to competitors. Competitive surveys track rent trends, concessions, and amenity positioning across each submarket, giving the team a current view when pricing and positioning decisions need to be made.
The Human Element
Throughout the episode, Karla returns to a point that matters for owners: the judgment layer stays human. Every AI-assisted workflow includes a review process, and the technology performs best in the hands of people who already know the work. Analyses that once took a week now take 10 to 15 minutes.
